Rachel has been dancing her whole life. Originally from San Clemente, CA, she grew up as a technically trained, competition dancer, which then led her to compete for her high school’s dance team, and then to train professionally in New York City. While keeping dance a huge part of her life, Rachel also went on to study Sociology and Applied Psychology at UCSB in 2021. Once she moved to San Diego in 2022, she reconnected with an old dance friend, now close friend and coworker Kira, and discovered Madhouse. Rachel instantly knew this was a place she could call home in so many ways. She feels so much gratitude for the incredible community it fosters, and is honored to share the love of dancing freely and unapologetically with so many. Dance has always given her a feeling of self-love and being present in each moment like nothing else has, and she is ecstatic to share that with the Madwomen Community!
